Axon is on a mission to protect life with its ecosystem of devices and cloud software. They are looking for a Director of Professional Services to lead the team in delivering innovative hardware and SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Professional Services team
Define and improve the Professional Services delivery model
Oversee hardware and SaaS project delivery
Act as an escalation point for complex issues
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams
Standardize project delivery processes
Track key performance indicators for the team
Work with cross-functional teams to align services
Provide feedback on customer requirements to product teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
