Director, Operations Analytics (ONSITE)

Join Axon, a company on a mission to Protect Life, seeking a Director of Operations Analytics to define data visibility and insights strategy for operational performance improvement. Lead the Analytics team to optimize resources and drive KPI improvements.

Skills

Proficiency in Snowflake Data Cloud and Power BI (Power Query)
Advanced SQL and Python skills
Experience with ERP systems and automation tools
Program management skills and ability to prioritize engagements
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Lean/Black Belt - Six Sigma Certification
Knowledge of AI Algorithms & Machine Learning

Responsibilities

Direct the Operations Analyst team to elevate advanced analytics solutions
Oversee analytics project portfolio, resource application, and reporting to leadership
Promote automation in analytics to enhance operational efficiency
Drive cross-functional collaboration for proactive analytics insights
Empower organization with data-driven decision-making
Improve metrics processes and construct data models
Provide technical support for ongoing analytical tasks
Develop career paths and extended education plans for team members

Education

B.S. degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
10+ years of related experience or 8+ years with a Master's degree
