Responsibilities

Use software to track, check, prioritize, and route orders
Direct flow of packages from preparation to shipment
Verify orders returned in full and document discrepancies
Coordinate outbound shipments for pick-up with carriers
Resolve issues regarding shipped and returned orders
Maintain a clean and safe shipping environment
