Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of technical support representatives
Oversee timely and effective resolution of complex technical issues
Monitor support calls and tickets in real-time
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training sessions
Track and manage customer satisfaction metrics
Generate and analyze reports on support metrics
Work closely with engineering and product development teams
Ensure that support documentation is up-to-date
Conduct root cause analysis on significant incidents
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
