Mechanical design experience
Team leadership
DFM/DFA knowledge
3D CAD modeling proficiency
High volume manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of mechanical engineers
Oversee the design, development, and testing of products
Shape and execute the mechanical engineering strategy
Build relationships with external partners
Communicate project progress to senior management
Construct and analyze proof-of-concept prototypes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Master's degree preferred
