Axon is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in our office environment, contributing to our mission of protecting life.

Responsibilities

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
Coordinate and oversee all office operations, events, and procedures
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Partner with HR to maintain office policies
Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Handle customer inquiries and complaints as necessary
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
