Root cause analysis

Proficient in MS Dynamics and Jira

Responsibilities

Testing and troubleshooting devices returned by customers
Building and testing high quality refurbished material
Coordinating with RMA Lead for device selection
Contributing to Quality Databases like Jira and Confluence

Education

2+ years of relevant experience in Electronics
Experience in Electronic/Electrical Manufacturing
