Axon is on a mission to Protect Life, seeking a Director of Sales for Federal and International Accounts to drive the success of their Real Time Awareness Product suite.

Skills

Sales leadership in technology sales
Consultative sales experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Technical knowledge of SaaS, IoT, UAV
Customer focus and relationship management

Responsibilities

Create and implement effective sales strategies
Lead and inspire a team of overlay sales specialists
Collaborate with key account executives
Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics
Establish performance metrics for sales team
Partner with marketing and product management for sales enablement
Act as the voice of the customer for product insights
