Senior Financial Reporting Analyst (Remote)

Skills

Proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and review of all SEC filings
Support the evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements
Build cross-functional relationships with key business partners
Ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies
Support ongoing complex M&A and business transformation initiatives
Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as needed

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field
