Skills

• Law degree and registered as an attorney
• 7+ years of experience in international employment/labor law
• Fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in another European language is a plus
• Excellent business judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and People Leaders across the People team
• Conduct internal employee-related investigations and lead employment claims and litigation
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of EMEA employment-related agreements
• Assist in developing and conducting training and education programs for employees and managers

Education

• Law degree from a reputable law school
