At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
Your Impact
Real-Time Operations (RTO) is a critical business line and a strategic priority for Axon, focused on revolutionizing public safety through innovative products like Axon Dispatch and Axon Respond. Our vision is ambitious: to become the world's leading real-time operations platform for public safety, connecting first responders, dispatchers, and supervisors with cutting-edge technology.
In your role, you will drive growth initiatives and be a focal point in the day-to-day operations of our business. You will be customer-facing, helping to accelerate the adoption of our newest offerings. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to scale our go-to-market (GTM) motions. You will also work with the Product and Finance teams to operate rhythms such as the Weekly Business Review (WBR) and annual planning activities.

You must be adept with data, undeterred by the need to write SQL to get what you need. You must also be impeccable in front of customers and executives alike, whether presenting in-person or through your writing.
