Axon is on a mission to Protect Life and is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of software experts in building complex and impactful software systems.

Skills

Experience in software engineering
Experience managing software developers
Track record of planning and delivering projects
Experience with engineering processes

Responsibilities

Driving the execution of the team through planning, prioritization, and meetings
Leading the technical direction through architectural discussions and code reviews
Managing engineers and their careers
Coaching the team for continuous improvements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent highly technical field
