Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support to agency personnel
Manage customer expectations and keep customers satisfied
Produce analytical reports and communicate status to stakeholders
Participate in weekly stand-up meetings
Troubleshoot daily issues and provide assistance on-site
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
