Provide technical support for Axon's products
Assist in configuring and deploying Axon products
Facilitate software adoption with agency clients
Build and maintain customer relationships
Document and report technical issues and resolutions
Provide training to agency staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Provide onsite support as necessary
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field
