Axon is on a mission to Protect Life, providing an ecosystem of devices and cloud software. They seek a Technical Account Manager who will work on-site at the Suffolk County Police Department to support essential technical operations and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support to agency personnel
Achieve mastery of Axon’s Redaction products and Evidence.com
Manage customer expectations and maintain customer confidence
Produce weekly and quarterly analysis reporting
Develop technical documentation and job aids

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
