Work closely with Law Enforcement customers
Become an expert on the Fusus solution
Lead consultative Solution Audits
Provide frontline email & phone support
Research and troubleshoot technical issues
Assist tier 1 support team
Log and provide detailed notes on customer interactions
Participate in an on-call rotation for outages
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
