Experience in Police or Defense Training environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize customer training needs
Develop sound training plans for customers
Design and deliver training programs for customer adoption and implementation of Axon products
Align customer Axon and TASER adoption with appropriate training plans
Manage training implementation and delivery end-to-end
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support strategic priorities
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
