Seeking a VP, Business Controller to serve as a business partner for new market teams and finance lead for new ventures. Must have a mix of Big 4 and industry experience, managing business controllership functions at complex companies.

Deep understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with M&A integration and ERP implementation
Leadership and communication skills
Financial modeling experience

Responsibilities

Oversee global accounting, reporting, and finance operations to ensure robust controls under US GAAP
Serve as a business partner to sales team in contract negotiation and review
Drive operational excellence for manufacturing financial processes
Lead strategic Controllership M&A integration
Establish and improve business processes for scalability
Support ad hoc Controllership projects

Education

BS or equivalent in accounting or finance
CPA
