The key role of Enablement Programs Manager is to create and deliver comprehensive programs and resources to support our Revenue teams. This role will have a heavy focus on product enablement, which will involve developing product training, conducting product sessions, communicating release details, and building playbooks to support consistent, effective and engaging conversations at each stage of the customer journey.


You will sit cross-functionally, representing Enablement during multi-team collaborative projects and initiatives. In addition, you will work with our Revenue teams to create in-deal, custom assets when required. 


We are looking for someone who brings a great attitude, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and strong initiative. Effective time management, clear, concise communication, and strong writing skills will be required to be successful in this role.


The impact you'll have:
  • Manage product enablement across all revenue facing teams (BDRs, Sales, CSM), which includes creating and conducting product sessions, managing internal product communications and creating product training in Dogfood and Seismic
  • Lead the Product Enablement process from an enablement team cross functional point of view to ensure all revenue teams have the resources required to have product value and technical conversations
  • Own the ongoing maintenance of key product resources, such as the Product Capabilities Deck, Product FAQ documents and Seismic Product Pages
  • Sit cross-functionally as a representative for Enablement for Marketing Programs such as Marketing Program Managers industry initiatives and Product Marketing program requirements
  • Create and conduct needs analysis for in-deal custom assets within sales deals and ongoing customer support
  • Asset creation for video, PowerPoint and Word/PDF assetsCreate and maintain CSM team templates, slides and Seismic content as changes occur on the team


What you'll bring:
  • Post Secondary education in Business/Management/Marketing
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales, Product Marketing or Marketing roles
  • Business writing experience or can provide sample writing
  • Program/project management role with a track record of successful projects
  • The ability to lead and influence cross functional initiatives
  • A creative “get it done” mindset for projects and tasks
  • Demonstrates the ability complete needs assessments and actively listen to stakeholders needs
  • Understanding the needs and structure of Revenue organization (Business Development, Sales, Customer Success)
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn new software efficiently and summarize for others.
  • Basic understanding of video editing tools and techniques would be an asset
