We are growing our Regional Marketing team in NAM and are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Central US region.Reporting to the Head of NAM Regional Marketing, the primary goal of this Regional Marketing Manager is to build and execute a demand gen plan aligned to Sales goals and company outcomes. This person will partner with our Strategic and Enterprise sales teams and be responsible for pipeline generation and revenue across these sales segments in the Central US.Responsibilities• Partner with the NAM Central Sales and Channel Sales teams to create, own, and execute an integrated regional marketing plan that drives sustained pipeline growth.• Partner with the Global Campaigns team to plan and execute global campaigns-in-a-box for the NAM Central region.• Plan and execute joint programs and campaigns through partners including, events, webinars, sponsorships, email campaigns and more.• Create an ABM approach in support of Strategic account sales• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute 3rd party media campaigns, including but not limited to, external webinars, e-blasts, events, and ad campaigns• Manage and monitor the flow of leads from Marketing to SDRs to Sales, and partner with each function for more effective lead follow up• Forecast, evaluate, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROIQualifications• 5+ years of experience in a regional/field/channel marketing role. Experience in cybersecurity is preferred.• Experience using Salesforce.com to drive campaigns and report results.• Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches: digital, events, webinars, inbound, account based marketing, etc.• Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail.• Ability to develop timelines and meet deadlines.• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external clients.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• Potential for minimal travel to support key regional events#LI-LW1 #LI-REMOTEAxonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages.
