AXS is looking for a Senior Design Systems Designer to maintain a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality user experiences across all digital products.

Skills

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems in Figma
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
Understanding of front-end development technologies

Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with product designers and front end developers
Develop comprehensive design system standards and guidelines
Champion design excellence and advocate for a cohesive design system
Ensure the design system is scalable and adaptable
Facilitate design reviews and audits
Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies
Work closely with product designers, managers, and developers
