Executive Director, Payer Marketing
Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company seeking an Executive Director, Payer Marketing to lead marketing efforts ensuring patients have affordable access to innovative medicines.

- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare market
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of payer landscape
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead payer marketing team in developing Payer Value Proposition.
- Create payer marketing narratives and resources supporting brand strategy.
- Leverage market insights for compelling narratives in payer space.
- Collaborate with Account team and Market Research for impactful strategy.
- Partner with HEOR team to deliver substantiated value messaging to payers.
- Manage multiple projects requiring cross-functional buy-in.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related field required
- MBA preferred
