The Talent Acquisition Manager must have the ability to distinguish high potential talent and deliver on an exceptional candidate experience, managing the process from engagement to onboarding, track and maintain Talent metrics, and reporting and analysis to realize most efficient processes. Our collaborative culture focuses on innovation and excellence, and we are proudly recognized nationally as a “Best Place to Work”.What You Will Do… • Cultivate positive relationships with leaders serving as a business partner to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to build teams• Participate in strategic planning sessions and ensure talent initiatives are aligned and focused on delivering on organizational goals• Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the talent process• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract highly qualified candidates• Attend and organize in-person and virtual career fairs and university events• Create and deliver presentations to global teams, leaders and professional partnersWhat You Bring… • Bachelor's degree required• 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employee branding techniques to build a qualified talent pipeline• Experience executing a variety of different selection methods (i.e. interview and assessments) and sourcing channels• Hands on experience with salary negotiations, monitoring and maintaining talent KPI's• Knowledge of employment law and partnering with People Team on internal and external hiring process• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and recruitment Marketing tools• Team oriented and self-motivated, critical thinking and problem solvingAxxess is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
