Decentralisation Product Manager

Aztec is looking for a Decentralisation Product Manager to ensure the success of Aztec's launch as the first fully decentralized L2. You will be responsible for coordinating product releases, establishing network infrastructure ecosystems, and shaping the team's strategy.

Skills

Strong technical background or previous experience as a founder.
5+ years of experience managing or building at a tech company.
Experience working with node operators in the blockchain space.
Deep understanding of the block production supply chain in the Ethereum space.

Responsibilities

Coordinate product releases of the node software, sequencing and staking clients, and prover coordination software.
Establish and grow network infrastructure ecosystems for Aztec as a decentralized L2.
Shape the team's strategy and coordinate the work of engineering teams.
Collaborate with co-founders, CTO, CMO, and engineering leads for successful product launches.
