B2B Marketing Specialist (Contract)

Together we'll dismantle barriers to housing for working families and use data to eliminate the racial wealth gap. The ability to build credit from rental payments has the potential to give over 45 million renters with little to no credit a pathway into the financial system. Those individuals then stand to save over $200,000 in reduced lifetime interest payments, build home equity by qualifying for mortgages, and build wealth by passing job screening requirements. The transformational impact of this cannot be understated.


Marketing Team

We are building a best-in-class marketing team to establish Esusu as the category leader in Rent Reporting within the real estate industry. We are looking for strategic, analytical, and passionate candidates to build marketing strategies to attract and retain customers while expanding Esusu's brand.

The Challenge

The contract B2B Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing programs that create demand, contribute pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue for Esusu. This includes supporting marketing campaigns, creating content and messaging, and implementing tactics to reach target audiences. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building successful demand-generation programs in a B2B setting and a strong understanding of measuring and optimizing campaign performance.

What You Will Help Us Deliver

  • Support in the execution of campaigns and programs, including building and editing landing pages, writing emails and ad copy, creating offshoot content and collateral, etc.
  • Identify and launch one new program (webinars, podcasts, etc.) and channel to reach and engage our audience engage with.
  • Deploy campaign assets across various owned and paid channels, including website, social media, third-party publications, and events, or work closely with agencies to do so.
  • Support Esusu's event strategy and execution, including event promotion and outreach, creating or sourcing marketing collateral, swag and booth materials, and work on post-event lead process with SDR team.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data in Pardot and Salesforce to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Work with marketing ops and rev ops to optimize processes and automation.
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate industry trends and best practices.

Core Competencies We Are Hiring For

  • Experience in B2B marketing: Experienced in building and executing successful demand generation programs in a B2B setting.
  • Strong writing skills: Able to take high-level messaging and content and write supporting copy/content like ad copy, landing pages, emails, etc.
  • Collaboration and communication skills: Effectively work with cross-functional teams, especially sales and account management, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful demand-generation programs.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
