We are looking to recruit a B4B Sales Enablement Coordinator. In this role, you will focus on managing our Blueground for Business tech stack for all users on the team, maintain existing & create new training materials, and drive the onboarding process for all new hires.

The role is a great opportunity for a hard-working and talented person to gain a real insight into the operational back-office space of the Corporate Housing sales space. If you're someone who possesses sound experience in Sales Enablement, onboarding coordination, and problem-solving then this role is for you!

What you will focus on:

  • Set up new user accounts, manage existing seats to ensure we are maximizing use, remove inactive users
  • Internal point person for general troubleshooting & user support
  • Spending at least an hour per month connecting with sales reps globally to identify primary workflow issues and workshop solutions keeping our tech stack in mind
  • Manage invoices by adding them to the BG suppliers' g-sheet for payment
  • Sharing best practices on our tools, policies and processes as a company
  • Maintain existing training materials - edit/update existing collateral as policies and processes change; add more details as needed to further enrich the content
  • Create new training material for new team processes & policies
  • Support leadership in creating decks for internal calls/presentations
  • Work closely with the L&D team to migrate and maintain onboarding material in LooopOrganize and build out the training workflow in Looop
  • Identify and coordinate “refresher” training opportunities with B4B team based on FAQs, team feedback, and noticeable gaps in training - may help lead trainings
  • Oversee new hire onboarding plan including coordinating & scheduling training sessions with new hires and trainers
  • Propose adjustments to the training schedule/plan based on feedback from new hires and identified gaps in the onboarding process
  • Create assessments to further enhance new hire training - potentially build out a new-hire sign-off process
  • De-duplicate and maintain content applicable to both B2C and B4B teams to have one source of truth; create consistency across teams when possible
  • Recurring calls with B2C counterpart to understand B2C processes and best practices that could potentially be implemented with B4B and vice versa
  • Assist with building training materials and process docs unique to global cities based on feedback from local teams and Director of B4B Sales - EMEA

What we are looking for:


  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a learning and development, training, or coordinator role
  • Self-learner who can learn to use new technologies with minimal guidance as the role’s tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs; experience with email automation tools such as Outreach or Salesloft is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to effectively present new ideas, the desired outcome, and the overall business impact to peers, managers, and other departments
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses the B4B Sales team’s challenges and works cross-departmentally to deliver holistic enablement content
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative work setting; comfortable working with all levels in an organization (peers, colleagues, senior leadership)
  • Proficient in Google Suite, specifically Google Slides
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated team player
