Server Assistants are vital components to a restaurant’s business. Also known as “support staff,” their attentiveness and efficient service helps operations, in both the dining area and kitchen, run smoothly. An essential part of keeping our establishment clean, the support staff not only assists both staff members and guests, their great attention to detail helps maintain the “esthétiques” of the whole restaurant, ensuring guests with the finest experience possible!

SERVER ASSISTANT/FOOD RUNNER RESPONSIBILITIES

-Knowledge of floor plan
-Transport food from kitchen to tables and bar
-Assist with polishing silverware and glassware
-Assist with cleaning and resetting tables
-Knowledge of floor plan (table and seat numbers)

SERVER ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

-Greet guests
-Clean and reset tables
-Polish silverware and glassware
-Making sure glassware, silverware and dishes are available for servers/guests
-Alert servers when tables are in need of attention
