This role will... work within the internal team to effectively communicate our mission, values, and initiatives, but will span all areas of the communications story, including external communications and social media, as well as trade shows. Responsibilities: • Create compelling written content for various channels, including employee platforms and digital/social media content • Support the execution of communications plans for some of the most iconic, mission capable combat systems in the world, working with stakeholders to create memorable and engaging content in print, digital, and video mediums • Tell the story of technology, innovation, and the brilliant minds our workforce and measure the effectiveness of campaigns • Innovative approaches to telling the stories of our employees, our community, our customers, and our values Required Education, Experience, & Skills • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience • Strong writing skills are essential to this role, as well as editing and proof reading skills • Experience in storytelling through digital and business tools (presentations) • Knowledge of AP Style and corporate journalism • Superb organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • Master’s Degree • Experience in Social Media and/or other Digital Media management and measurement • Experience in AI Content tools • Experience in Defense, Military, and Technology industries Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
