Job Description BAE Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer (Mid) to join an innovative team of developers in Hunstville, AL. This position supports the development of mission-critical applications for a federal government client focused on national security.The Full Stack Developer candidate must have the following skills and experience:• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.• 4 years' experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web, or microservices, database, search).• Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability.• Demonstrate analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.• Experience in building Web applications and Rest APIs for 3 years.Expected tasks:• Design, implement, and test information system applications, components, and services;• Understand the full technology stack with a focus on implementing business requirements and code maintainability; and• Perform code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and acquire cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, CI/CD deployment and software troubleshooting skills as appropriate.Required Education, Experience, & Skills• AWS Cloud Development• Terraform• Python• Java• JavaScript• DevOps Support• WebAPI• Springboot Framework 2.5+• JPA/Hibernate• X.509 SecurityPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills• Experience with Agile methodology and incremental product delivery processPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
