At BAE Systems, our supply chain team is the best at what they do, and their work is part of why our customers trust our business.If you are ready for a dynamic career, we are currently looking for a Subcontract Administrator Senior who shares a passion for supporting our armed services and those of our allies.While you work to make an impact alongside other exceptional professionals, you will be rewarded with competitive salary and benefit packages and plenty of resources for career growth.In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the complete procurement process from proposal preparation activities, negotiations, administration of subcontracts and execution of supplier management activities to provide for the acquisition of parts, equipment and services in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications for the and international.In this role you will be required to work onsite 3 days per week.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's Degree in related discipline and 4 years or more of related work experience in defense / government contracting and supplier management.Strong experience negotiating, executing, and managing subcontracts.Experience and ability to maintain compliance with Defense (DoD) Contracting regulations including FAR / DFAR.Understanding / knowledge of CPSR audits and requirements.Comprehensive understanding of subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis / process.Ability to make strategic decisions / demonstrate critical thinking using sound judgement while complying with company policies / procedures and applicable state and federallaws and regulations.Ability to exhibit sound interpersonal and collaboration skills while interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers.Willingness and desire for continuous improvement with effective problem-solving abilities.Detailed oriented with excellent time management / organizational skills.Effective communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to find win-win solutions; a make it happen attitude.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).Ability to obtain Secret level clearancePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills• Well versed with Oracle ERP system.• Experience in regulatory and trade compliance, particularly with regards to export control per International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) / Export Administration Regulation (EAR).• Demonstrable contract interpretation skills.• Advanced degree and / or certification in CPSM, CPM, CIPS or CFCM.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range : $78760 - $133870Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures.
