Our employees develop, build and work on the world’s most advanced electromagnetic spectrum operations systems – detecting, locating and countering threats for joint and international aircrew. We develop sophisticated digital Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and we are looking for motivated and positive minded engineers to join cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams. Key EW program objectives are to improve/enhance air vehicle survivability, through the abilities to detect, deny, deceive, degrade and/or disrupt adversaries Integrated Air Defenses.

We are hiring systems engineers at the individual contributor, team lead, chief engineer and technical director levels to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline and 2-10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to Electronic Warfare
• Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test
• Team Leadership experience
• Experience with RF and EW systems.
• Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions
• Experience with Integration and test
• Active Top Secret Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109120 - $185460

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
