Senior Manager, Demand Generation Programs

BambooHR is seeking a Senior Manager for Demand Generation Programs who will lead the team in creating and executing targeted demand generation campaigns to drive sales pipeline and revenue.

Skills

7+ years in demand generation marketing, ideally SaaS
3+ years in team management
Experience with field marketing and account-based marketing strategies
Data analysis skills
Ability to create compelling campaigns aligned with company goals
Technical acumen with task/project management software and financial tools
Understanding of HR industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead Program Managers in building strategies aligned with sales goals
Partner with sales leadership for tighter alignment between sales efforts and program prioritization
Create advertising campaigns and budgets aligned with demand programs
Lead account-based campaigns to increase mid-market pipeline and MRR
Collaborate with Events Marketing to build a field marketing calendar
Analyze program performance and optimize campaigns
