Compensation Manager

Bandwidth is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to manage and drive global compensation programs with a focus on the United States. The role requires deep understanding of compensation practices, analytical skills, and collaboration across regions.

Skills

Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices
Advanced excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in a publicly traded company or technology industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Benchmark job descriptions using market survey resources
Manage annual salary survey data submission for US regions
Partner with business leaders to design meaningful job families and salary structures
Utilize advanced analytics for compensation data assessment

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field
Relevant certification such as CCP or GRP preferred
