Bandwidth is looking for a proactive and experienced Number Porting Specialist to manage local number portability and ensure exceptional customer service while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in LNP, Toll Free, and NextGEN products.
Oversee and manage the number porting process.
Execute order management for local, off-net, and toll-free numbers.
Maintain professional communication with customers and vendors.
Collaborate for process enhancements.
Handle first-level escalations.
Assist with training and process documentation.
Cultivate relationships with external carriers.

Education

BS/BSA or equivalent experience
