Bandwidth is seeking a passionate Product Analyst to join the Messaging Product Operations team, helping scale business potential and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Implement changes to existing Messaging products
Build operational flows and internal processes for new product launches
Gather insights and advocate for customer feature enhancements
Develop customer-facing documentation and FAQs
Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree
