Strategic Account Manager - Industrials

LVT is on a mission to enhance safety and security through innovative hardware and SaaS solutions. They are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to manage key accounts and drive client satisfaction.

Skills

Sales and account management experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships with enterprise clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

Responsibilities

Source, hunt, and secure new clients to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Represent client interests within LVT.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
