Find out why this is the best place to beyour best!Description:The Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse - Pool DPC RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate the following proficiency and mastery of the core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service who delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing and promoting evidence based practice standards of quality, safety and service.Estimated pay range for this position is $45.00 / hour depending on shift as applicable.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing – BSN preferred. RNs hired with an Associates degree have 5 years to complete the BSN degreeQualified candidates must have:Minimum 7 months of Labor & Delivery RN experience requiredCurrent Florida RN license requiredBLS, ACLS and NRP for healthcare providers requiredEOE
