Visit peraton.com to learn how we're keeping people around the world safe and secure.ResponsibilitiesDay to Day Roles and Responsibilities:• Manage, mentor, and guide UX/UI Designers on the program .• Extensive Customer Interaction, c onsult with customer UX experts, provide recommendations and solutions to complex UX problems .• A pply user-centered design solutions that satisfy both explicit and implicit requirements from various users .• Facilitate product vision by concepting, wireframes, visual design and prototyping experiences for digital products .• Provide direction on c onduct ing user research, such as requirements elicitation, field observations, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.• Contribute to the maturity of the CSM Design System, including establishing & modifying design patterns and components.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 -1 5 years' of experience; Master's Degree and 10 - 13 years' of experience or high school diploma/equivalent and 18 minimum relevant years of experience• Experience in managing at least 5 or more direct reports• Experience in de signing adaptive and responsive UX/UI solutions for software development projects that specialize in web and mobile-based applications• Experience in de signing UI/UX solutions that are compliant with 508 / accessibility standards• Experience modernizing enterprise software systems (web and mobile-based)• Experience in conducting user research, such as requirements elicitation, field observations, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing• Experience in Design Systems, like US Web Design (USWDS), Salesforce Lightning, Apple HIG, Google Material, IBM Carbon• Background in Agile Methodology• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas to audiences with varied technical backgrounds• Excellent administrative/organizational abilities• U.S. Citizenship required ; must have a Current, Interim Secret (or higher) clearancePreferred Qualifications:• Experience developing UI/UX solutions within an Agile environment• Advanced knowledge and experience using Axure , Figma• Ability to effectively articulate and support design decisions Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000.
