Barrel is a digital agency that designs, builds, and optimizes e-commerce websites for brands. We work with exciting brands across fashion, beauty, CPG, and home goods. We are a highly collaborative and fully distributed team.


We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to help accelerate our agency’s growth by hunting and landing new clients to our roster.


Barrel specializes in providing services to brands that run their direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce business through Shopify Plus. We are looking to grow our client roster by adding more brands currently on Shopify Plus or considering a move to Shopify Plus.


Our buyers are typically founders/CEOs, CMOs, and VP/Directors of E-commerce running brands that typically do $10 million and up in DTC e-commerce. We also sell into Fortune 500 companies that are investing in DTC e-commerce.


Your singular focus is to bring in qualified leads and working with our team to close the deal. You must represent the agency with integrity, protect our reputation, and be meticulous in tracking activities on our CRM (HubSpot).


Qualities we are looking for:


- High energy and passion for connecting and getting to know new people

- Great communicator who is prompt and clear with follow-ups

- Relentless in seeking, identifying, and resurfacing opportunities

- High urgency in moving processes along and rallying team to close deals

- High degree of confidence in ability to achieve targets

- We prefer candidates with experience and knowledge of:

- Shopify tech ecosystem, including intimate knowledge of Shopify Plus, Recharge, and Klaviyo.

- B2B sales experience
