About The Role
We are looking for a lifecycle marketing manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role you’ll be responsible for leading our lifecycle marketing efforts driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention. You will be responsible for the lifecycle strategy across the entire customer journey, which you will then optimize through continual analysis and rapid experimentation.
In this role, you will own campaign strategy and execution across several owned channels and collaborate with product, design, data, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience.
What You'll Do
• Plan and develop an end-to-end strategy to optimize and scale our lifecycle marketing program
• Partner with growth marketing and product teams to design and execute a roadmap of experiments that improve metrics across the funnel
• Produce and execute all email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, scheduling, and measurement
• Develop a strong understanding of our users and their needs
• Design campaigns that educate and help users build repeatable habits to become more engaged with our product
• Utilize user data to improve the personalization and effectiveness of campaigns overall
• Collaborate effectively across product, design, CS, and content teams to create a cohesive customer experience
• Collaborate with product and business partnership teams to manage notifications, referral programs, and new partner requests
• Develop reporting to track key metrics and illustrate the impact of lifecycle initiatives
We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have
• 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing
• FinTech, Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Based in NYC or TorontoStartup experience
• Strategic thinker willing to get into the weeds with bias for action
• Highly Analytical Strong writer and communicator
• Development and Design knowledge (HTML, CSS) - not mandatory, but should understand how emails are built
• Deep knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies
• Well-versed in lifecycle best practices, email and marketing automation tools
