Ability to influence- Providing daily support to employees.- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to employee relations, legal compliance, recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, training and career development, performance management, talent review administration, organizational development, organizational exits, projects, HR initiatives and other duties as assigned.- Success in creating and driving effective employee relations, development and retention programs- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of engagement.Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You...- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or other related field. PHR / SPHR designation preferred.- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional Human Resource business partner / generalist experience within a multi-location business model- Demonstrated knowledge of US local, state and federal laws and governmental compliance requirements, as well as current and progressive principles and practices of HR management.- Ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including resolving complaints, and counselling managers and employees on the interpretation of policies, procedures and other business issues.- Experience in a rapidly changing complex work environment- Ability to interact and influence with all levels of an organization- Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship internally and externally- Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict management skills- Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindsetCreate Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You...Adding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
