Senior Data Analyst

At Batmaid, data is at the core of our decision-making process. We’re blending data from our own platforms with our marketing channels and product analytics to deliver complex analytics to form our strategy. At the same time, we use data to drive automation and efficiency in our Operations and Finance departments. Finally, we’re using analytics to measure our performance and track our business daily. You would join an international, diverse team in Switzerland and Poland and help us build our product and digital strategy.

We require:

• Experience in data analysis, especially focused on areas such as business performance, financial data, marketing campaigns, and product development
• Experience analyzing funnels, conversions, and running optimization experiments
• Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Good knowledge of Python
• Very good communication skills and ability to discuss both with data scientists and engineers as well as business leaders and product managers
• Curiosity about data, marketing, and products, great analytical thinking skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to have: 

• Experience working with Agile and Scrum
• Team management or other leadership experience
• Practical experience working with digital marketing campaigns and/or Google Analytics
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Tableau, or Google Tag Manager
• Fluency in Polish, French, or German is a big plus
