We are seeking a substitute floater who will support our elementary after school programs in Oakland. The Substitute Floater will provide support across six elementary school sites for the after-school program, assisting with structured activities, social-emotional learning, and general supervision of students. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to step into various roles as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the program. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enjoys working with children, and can create a positive, engaging environment for elementary-aged students.
