Hours: Full Time

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

 Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,105.60

BSW Fort Worth Carter is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist with a passion for treating a variety of general orthopedic and oncology diagnoses, including lymphedema. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development. The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter, team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with vendors and referral sources. Oupatient ortho experience required, lymphedema experience and/or certification strongly preferred. Willing to consider level II fieldwork in outpatient adult orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR required
• Outpatient adult orthopedic experience (willing to consider levell II fieldwork)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
• Lymphedema experience and/or certification (student rotations considered)
