As Commercial Counsel, you will be the primary legal partner for Bazaarvoice’s Revenue organization for North America/APAC and negotiate SaaS agreements with some of the world’s biggest brands and retailers. This position is for a highly-organized team player who enjoys strategizing with sales teams to close deals quickly while reducing risk exposure to the company.
To be successful on our team, collaboration and engagement is key. You’re comfortable working with quick turnaround times and are a confident negotiator both internally and externally. You can explain and address legal risks in a way that protects and propels your client’s business forward.
