Our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) are experienced consultants assigned to manage the Bazaarvoice technical relationship with a defined set of clients for the duration of their contract to ensure that the client's technical programs follow our recommended best practices, are appropriate for the client's technical infrastructure, and align with the business goals agreed upon between the client and the rest of the BV account team.
As a core member of the account team, the TAMs are the primary owners of the client’s Bazaarvoice technical program. They work in close coordination with the rest of the account team and a variety of internal teams.
