Technical Qualification: • Update and maintain BCP documentation including BCM strategy, policy, framework, and BCM plans in accordance with applicable regulations and best standards. • Ensure BCPs for all departments are developed, maintained, and ensure their implementation. • Oversee the BCM implementation activities and provide guidance to various stakeholders where required. • Conduct and maintain Business Impact Analysis for all departments and ensure it kept up to date. • Coordinate with different stakeholders for IT DR drills and ensure RTO and RPO are met in the drills exercise. • Prepare status presentation for different target audience such as BCM Committee, Risk Committee etc. • Prepare BCM training and awareness plan and provide trainings to all relevant stakeholder throughout the year. • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of BCM program through developed KPIs. • Perform threat risk assessment (TRA) in accordance with organization developed framework. Good to have: 1. We need someone who have worked in Business Continuity Management function dedicatedly for at least 7+ years (overall experience should be 10+). 2. Have good experience in of BCM documentation including BCM plan, policies, procedure, Crisis Management Plan, etc. and have performed BCM Threat Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, DR drills, BCM awareness session etc. 3. The BCM experience preferable from financial institutes. 4. Should be very good in communication and negotiation skills.
