Retail Key Holder
BDA is seeking a Retail Key Holder to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, assisting in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
Skills
- Strong visual merchandising ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative approach with management and team members
- Commitment to outstanding sales and customer service
Responsibilities
- Sell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain back stock room and replenish merchandise
- Lead and promote team to increase store sales
- Maintain store security alarm system
- Enforce store policies and keep staff focused
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Operate retail cloud systems
- Lead with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
