We are looking for a detail oriented and process driven Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team. This person will be pivotal in helping to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. We are looking for candidates that thrive in a fast paced environment, are excited to learn new technologies and have an “all hands on deck” mentality. As a starting place, this role is a 6 month contract.

What you will be doing:- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones ensuring all invitees have everything they need for the interview
- Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment administration
- Coordinate all references and background checks are completed in advance of candidate commencement in order to align to global compliance measures
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in order to drive an efficient and effective process
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and good judgment in order to maintain first class candidate experience
- Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and setting up interview processes in Lever
- Initiate and manage background check processing and administration
What success looks like:- 1+ years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Assistant coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

- Ability to manage time efficiently and problem solve independently
