The company offers a great culture, work/life balance, strong benefits, and career advancement opportunities.Responsibilities:• Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, or ACH transactions• Sort and distribute incoming mail• Handle all vendor correspondence via phone, email fax and mail• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and/or approvals prior to data entry• Process invoices for payment• Investigate and resolve issues associated with processing of invoices and purchase ordersRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration preferred.• 5+ years of experience• Previous supervisory experience preferred• Proficient with Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.F-1270231-RPA_1726053729To Apply for this Job Click Here
